If it isn't, you are opening yourself up to a lawsuit if she
turns against you. You need to talk to her with another person
present (AP) and explain that her notes are inappropriate and
you appreciate that she likes working under your
administration ... but she has overstepped the bounds of
professionalism and should concentrate on her classroom work.
You need a witness and perhaps even talk to her union rep for
assistance with this. I wouldn't even be subtle about it. It
makes you uncomfortable, it's inappropriate, and she needs to
stop, period.

Others may think I'm too harsh and that you should talk to her
privately ... but I would suggest you need to protect your
interests and ensure she doesn't misinterpret anything you say
or do. And you need to nip this in the bud, albeit late as it
is.
