If this isn't a joke, it should stop. Keep interactions
professional and work-related. Discussions about her marriage
or yours, etc should stop. Avoid meeting with her on weekends
(convey that when you are at school on a weekend, it's so
that you can get work done that you can't get to during the
week - it's not time to chat).
It sounds as though you have an open-door policy for all
staff which is great, but remember that an open-door policy
that only applies during 'office hours' and when secretaries
and others are around, is still an open-door policy. And an
open-door policy that keeps discussions professional and
school-related is still an open-door policy. That should be
your focus.
Whether she realized what she was doing or not, she has
crossed a line. But YOU need to draw that line.
