    You can post links or post a URL in the body of the message the normal
    way so long as it doesn't contain certain keywords. I don't know what
    all the keywords are... just that if a link won't post you get either
    the automated FBI message or "your message has been forwarded to the
    administrator for review". Once that happens you can go back and do
    what Neal suggested, or insert spaces into the URL, etc, but only if
    you are posting the URL within the body of the message.
    Some blogs, some chatboards, and many commercial sites will get
    blocked.

    (Just testing below with some random, no-Forbidden-Keyword sites)
