If I would have misunderstood the original post, as you obviously did, I would
agree with you. Unfortunately, you haven't a clue as to what was intended in my
original post, except to see it as a target for someone you see as "underneath"
you. Nor did you post an email for clarification (as someone with good
listening skills would have) - no, you just mindlessly typed in your derogatory
comments with no regard to the person who would read it - empathy training would
do you well.

You're probably one of the people Lynne was referring to.

Should I consider you an idiot because you don't know how to post here,
correctly, the first time, even though you've no doubt been here much longer
than I have? That's exactly what you did to me.

I didn't consider the subject of my example to be the most important thing that
I was asking for help with (because it wasn't) - for it to be so blown out of
proportion (it was an EXAMPLE, for pete's sake) - is unbelievable. I'm sure
that in the actual email I sent I put much more thought and clarification into
it, not like I did here, because, once again, it was an EXAMPLE. You act like I
copied and pasted that email from years ago into this forum - it just happened
to be the first one that popped into my head.

I could have just as easily used "Hope you have a good break! See you when we
return," as my example, but I have a feeling you would have found a way to
ridicule me over that one, somehow, as well. Luckily my administrator didn't
(over)react, like you would have - like I said, the best thing I got from this
is an appreciation for my administrators, who I've always had good relationships
with.

Even though I'm angry with you, I bet you are a hard worker and probably good at
what you do - just like I am. I just hope that in the future you don't jump to
conclusions like you have here, with me. I honestly believe that you owe me an
apology, though I won't hold my breath. No, more than likely I'll get more of
your put downs, since that is YOUR "flavor of EVERY day."

I'd truly like to put this pissing contest to rest, please.
