I need some advice. I am a speech therapist in a public
school. My principal likes to go after people.tag I think I
am it. I strongly Suspect that she will put me on a plan of
assistance next year. Should I leave now and cut my losses
before the school year starts? Or risk going through the
year and being put on a plan and having it in my record .
Plans of assistance seem to only end in one way in my
building. Not iin the teachers favor I have tried to
transfer out of the building and was denied a transfer
tried twice to transfer. I am afraid if I stay she will
emotionally and physically run me into the ground
