I am fortunate to have been selected for an
administration preparation program in my school
district. I am already certified. I will be working
on a project that demonstrates student achievement
over time. As a special area teacher, I do not see
students to teach general education subjects
but have a separate curriculum - (gifted) which
consists of research, problem solving, creative
thinking and affective development. I am looking
for ideas that I can implement. Do any of you
have suggestions? I want to do something that will
really wow interview teams later on down the road.
