
You also need documentation of what you are doing. So, for example,
students & parents sign that they have received copies of school
rules. Teachers may need to sign a meeting roster, documenting their
presence at a faculty meeting at which the school nurse did a
workshop on blood-born pathogens. Etc., etc.
