
More school districts are engaging in this stupidity thanks to
the lie that the problem in education is with the teachers.
Then they get rid of these "outstanding" teachers after two or
three years anyway to get a cheaper hire.
I wouldn't bother with it, myself, if this is what it take to
get a job.
Districts waste more and more taxpayer money hiring more and
more people to screen out teachers when these people don't
have a clue what they are doing anyway.
