
Anyone have a good tips on how to recruit good teachers? I
have two openings, and we are already in session so no time
to waste. The cupboard is bare as far as using traditional
methods. My receptionist spent the better part of the
afternoon calling people who had an application on the
state system, but she couldn't get any that weren't already
hired.
There are about 20 current openings for positions in my
district, so there is stiff competition for limited
candidates. Any ideas on another avenue to find a teacher?
