    Just because he was found incompetent does not mean it was academic
    related. Could have been any number of issues. And yes, I do know
    plenty of administrators who are incompetent! Just as I know
    educators in all areas who do not do their job. You can bring a
    lawsuit for any reason, but that does not mean you will win. In our
    state, all educators, (teachers and administrators,) are protected
    from lawsuits except for cases of gross negligence! Very difficult
    to prove!
