Re: A Question With All Due Respect About Negotiations?
Posted by Georgia Headmaster on 5/06/08

With all due respect, unions are not always required. I treat
the teachers at my school with respect. If we do not agree
they can always go to the school board. I have had any issues
that myself and the teachers could not handle. Believe it or
not Union members account for 12.1 percent of employed wage
and salary workers. That in itself shows that most people can
    live without a middleman/middlewoman.
