I agree with you 100% I was always concerned about this as I am not unionized and am just dealing with contracts putting away for my own pension and not worrying about it at the moment but in our tnet chatroom I have always worried about teachers who are finding it difficult to negotiate. I am pleased and proud that you sir are a fair man and understand what i mean. For example my dad worked for Northern Telecom and they had an employee Association never a need for a union. I am glad we can talk about this but this is what our freedom is all about isn't ir?
