The OP does not have tenure. The community decides what is and isn't appropriate for teacher behavior via elected representation by a local school board. The school board can dismiss the OP without cause, unless of course a statutory or district regulation specifically requires the OP to be given reason. If the school district must justify its dismissal then it will have to establish a nexus between the unprofessional conduct of the teacher and his or her effectiveness in the classroom.
