Posted by Phil on 5/10/08 I am currently finishing my first year of teaching in TX. I'm originally from Wisconsin/Minnesota and would really like to move back to be closer to family. I don't have a job lined up there but my wife has received an excellent job offer. How would it reflect on my resume for me to leave this job and possibly have a year of subbing? Is it going to make it harder for me to get a job? I'm looking for what an administrator would think about this or any other advice.
