    It is sad that people left. But you didn't give enough info
    about what the AP is doing and how the relatives are
    important to people leaving. Sometimes things need to be
    shaken up a bit.

    I'm assuming that with this much turmoil that the
    superintendent is fully aware of what's happening and is
    endorsing change. It's hard to miss transfer requests for
    that many people. If not, you'll be seeing some changes in
    admin at your school soon.
