    I agree. I don't want someone under foot or on my back either.
    But I think there is an extreme with that. I miss being in a
    building where professional support was available. General care
    and concern for issues. I have worked in a building where the
    staff is united and there is a sense of community. Where
    leadership accepts, appreciates and fosters our professional skills
    in a respectful manner. I honestly get the feeling our principal
    is just trying to survive. What I'm doing in the classroom is the
    last thing on her mind. I guess I just miss the old days. BTW..I
    teacher in a large urban school district so this is probably why
    our situation is the way it is.
