Both you and your principal are in need of psychological
help. The scene you describe above is fraught with possible
very dangerous legal action and very likely serious injury
to your other students. When one of the other students is
badly hurt, the parent's lawyer's question will certainly
be "What did you and the Principal do about this?" Your
answer will be, "We made notes." You and he both will be
sued.
As another here has suggested, talk to your union, and
with or without their help, put this "student" out of your
room and keep him out.
