    It is a shame your administrator gave you such poor advice.
    I am aware of the RTI model but it seems a little silly to
    wait it out while this child is hurting others and obviously
    impacting the learning and safety of the other students.
    Does your district have a behavior specialist that you may
    be able to contact. I have found them to be extremely
    helpful in giving me suggestions. Let us know what happens.
