    Re: Disabled Teacher Question????????
    Posted by lynne/ca on 10/05/08

They can't ask you about a disability, but they can ask
whether you are able to perform the essential functions of
an art teacher with or without reasonable accommodations.
    Are you?
This would usually include responsibilities such as
providing instruction, managing clssroom behavior and
organization, preparing lesson plans, assessing student
work, maintaining and submit accurate grading and attendance
records, communicating with parents and staff, supervising
students, following emergency procedures, ensuring the
safety of the students you're responsible for.
