    Hi all,
    I have been a sped teacher K-5 for the past 4 years in my
    building. I have been adding endorsements, a grad cert,
    etc and am hoping to land a classroom teacher position (at
    my existing school would be nice but otherwise at another
    school). I feel pigeon-holed by my Prin and she has a huge
    dis-trust of sped teachers (after my predecessor wasn't
    doing her job, etc.). Any ideas about approaching her with
    this? If you are an adm how would you respond? Thanks!
