OK, also, I would state exactly why I'm applying for that
position at that school district. If you're just sending out
applications to all open positions you're qualified for, that is
fine, but they should why you want to work for THEIR school
district and why you would be great for THAT position. I would
write this right off in the first paragraph. They might be
looking for someone committed to staying in the district, so if
that is the case, you might have a disadvantage if it is likely
you may move again soon.
