Sorry you felt that way - I did not intend to be harsh. I was simply
stating that it sounded like a class assignment (and it turns out
that it was a correct assumption). I mentioned this in my post in
response to mm's comment because mm had apparently not considered
that possibility and thought it strange that this would not have
been discussed in your classes. (Also in the past some people have
come here posting class assignments when they were supposed to
interview people in their local districts or conduct research, and
post the question here hoping we'll do the work for them.) But
chatboards are part of networking and part of research as well, so
that gets a bit muddy sometimes, lol.

It does help to have a thick skin on this chatboard; frequently the
posters are not administrators but rather teachers or others who
come to complain about something his/her admin has done. I used to
post here frequently and now post only occasionally for that very
reason. Anyway, perhaps my response was not what you were looking
for but I had hoped it might help you with your question (I meant it
to be a genuine answer) and I was not trying to be harsh.
