    I am leaving the classroom for a building principal position
    with no AP. Although I have interned, I have not been an
    assistant/associate.
    I am wondering what should be on my "to do" list for the
    first days to first month of the school year and what should
    be on my to do list for the days before school begins. I am
    happy to hear any words of wisdom... what do you wish you
    had known?
