    I am a new principal. I am wondering if any of you would be
    willing to share your first letter as a new principal to
    parents and to staff. Also, if you have any great ideas
    (video links, stories, icebreakers) for the very first
    faculty meeting on the teacher plan day, I would greatly
    appreciate it. I want to make a positive first impression.
