    What do you think is more important for a potential
    principal or district administrator...an Ed.D. or
    certificates (ie school business, human resources, etc.).

    And yes, I know having both would be awesome. But if you
    only had the time to do one or the other, which would you
    choose to set yourself apart from other candidates?
