    Hi all,
    I am in the process of switching from mild-mod sped teacher
    K-5 to classroom (primary). I have been teaching sped for
    7 years. I have heard that some prin don't want to hire
    former sped teachers but others do. What are you looking
    for in a primary level teacher? I also have a graduate
    certificate in early literacy and a second language
    certificate.
