    I don't know if you have found someone as of today 7-31-15,
    but have you ever thought that you may have that person right
    there working for you?. Who is the one person who is reliable
    and dependable, trustworthy, on time and know the parents and
    the ends and outs of your center. You maybe able to promote
    them as assistant admin. until you can train them for any
    other administrative matters they may need to know or at
    least you can find someone on the outside. Sometime we
    overlook our best person that is with us everyday. Just a
    thought.
