    Hi,

    After a recent visit to sunny Sarasota, FL from snowy and
    cold Western New York, I'm considering a move...

    Was wondering if anyone had any insights about what it is
    like to work in that area:

    -School calendar, hours
    -Benefits
    -General conditions and demands placed on administrators
    -And any other information you think would be helpful...

    Would like the pros and cons...
