I've earned my Principal's certification in Texas and I'm
very interested in securing a position for the following
school year in Miami.
I was perusing the web-site and it seems I have to join
the county's Leadership program before being considered
as a candidate. Did understand the procedure correctly?
Are all applicants made to join the Leadership program
and then put into a pool of candidates, or is the
Leadership program for those who have been hired?
I would greatly appreciate any information offered.
