    Hi everyone, this is my first post and I was wondering if
    anyone can help me with some advice as how to get my first
    administration position. I have been on about 6 interviews
    two times I was runner up for vice principal. I have
    received nothing but positive feedback and they always say
    you will be great leader. Here in CT the admin market is
    flooded, and 90% of the time principals already know who
    they want. I have submitted over 60 applications to this
    point. It is getting very discouraging so any advice would
    be great. Thanks.
