Only HR and the Principal who has the vacancy will see the
transfer application which is done online now..i emailed HR and
asked this week.
She said an interview will be conducted by the Principal and at
least 1 other staff member (usually the person you will be
working with directly) and then a decision will be made based on
many factors.
They do ask for the number of years you have been employed by BOE
and if there are any comments that need to be stated by the
transfer candidate. They apparently don't ask for a reason on the
application but the ''comments'' section I am guessing can be
used for that.
So at least I know now WHO see the transfer application and what
the procedure is =)
