    As bias as you believe administrators and school districts
    are against older teachers, you are just as bias toward
    younger teachers. A lot of new teachers are just
    fantastic. Experience isn't the only factor in a hiring
    decision. Just because you have experience.....doesn't
    mean you are good. I found that out at my last school -
    luckily all the old codgers have retired.
