    What if it was a first year principal who was fired by the end of
    his second year for being incompetent? Doesn't that change
    things? What if the principal filled the teacher's file with
    slander that was never shown to or signed by the teacher? What
    if that has prevented the teacher from securing full time
    employment? And finally, what if the teacher had the full right
    to tenure because she had enough satisfactory experience and
    THEN was discontinued by the incompetent principal? On
