I am thinking of filing a grievance against my principal.
Many of the things I discuss in the grievance are things
that can be verified by the vice principal. She was present
at several of the meetings that took place. However, I
don't know her very well, so I don't know if she would be
truthful if asked. This is her first administrative
position. Is she likely to face repercussions or problems
if she backs me up? (I live in the South, if that
matters.)
