Well, if 14 of the 28 kids in your 5th Grade class have an IEP---do
the math-----so a teacher with 25 kids 3x day for Biology and one
1 /1/2 hour planning period prepares 1 lesson daily-and gets paid
the same----or the poor teacher who gets a Smart board 2 weeks
after school starts, new curriculum, and has 10 kids with IQs in
the 70's---think of her stress---IN THESE TWO CASES THE ONLY
SOLUTION IS TO WALK AWAY OR AN AMBULANCE---MAYBE IT WAS PLANNED
THAT WAY FOR HER
