    What would you think of parents who give teachers, contact teachers, counselors
    and administrators elaborate and expensive gift cards? I mean a gift card to
    Starbucks or a mug with cocoa mix is one thing. A gift card in amounts of $100
    and more seem a little much to me. Is this the new normal? Or have I stumbled
    on something unsavory?
