Dear Administrators:
I am in deep need of help please. I have been looking for
a teaching position for 4 years. For those few districts
(very few), that use paper resumes I usually get asked
for an interview. When applying via AppliTrack I have
never been asked for an interview.
I understand that on the district's end there is a
"sorting process", therefore not all applications get
viewed.
Any advice as to how this sorting process works? I must
be missing something key in my AppliTrack application.
Any advice would be appreciated.
