The AP acted in appropriately because he may only have
intimidation in his bag of discipline tricks. An administrator
should be dispassionate, firm, and low-key when disciplining,
focusing on the behavior not the student nor his character.
Insulting a student is intimidation and bullying.
This person should be disciplined. Look to your district's
personnel discipline policy for the level of discipline required. A
teacher would be held to the same standard. NO adult
employee may sexually harass a student or any other person
without consequences.
If you witnessed this event, you can report it to the the
principal.
